Massive ‘Cockroach Janta Party’ Protest Hits New Delhi

A unique and massive street protest organized by young citizens took place at Jantar Mantar in the national capital.

The demonstration was led by members of a prominent social media movement known as the Cockroach Janta Party.

Well-known climate activist Sonam Wangchuk also joined the gathering to express solidarity with the protesting youth.

The primary demand of the protestors is the immediate resignation of the Union Education Minister.

The agitation was triggered by recent reports of widespread irregularities in several nationwide academic examinations.

The organizers have issued a strict seven-day deadline for the central government to address their grievances.

If their demands are not met within the week, the youth groups have threatened to launch nationwide demonstrations.

Security forces were deployed in large numbers around the protest venue to maintain order and control the crowds.

The movement has gained immense traction online, drawing millions of followers before turning into a physical protest.

Political analysts view this event as a significant shift in how youth leverage social networks for civic mobilization.
