Botsa Satyanarayana Flays Coalition Over Unfulfilled Poll Promises

Senior political leader Botsa Satyanarayana has launched a sharp attack against the ruling coalition government in Andhra Pradesh. Speaking to media persons in Visakhapatnam, the Leader of the Opposition in the Legislative Council accused the current administration of failing to deliver on key election promises. He stated that multiple sectors have entered a state of complete neglect since the new alliance assumed office.
The opposition leader raised deep concerns over the sudden halt of critical public welfare initiatives. He pointed out that essential education reforms have come to a standstill under the current rule. School students are facing severe delays as the mandatory distribution of academic kits and school bags has been completely disrupted across the state.
Public health systems have also come under fire from the veteran politician. Satyanarayana highlighted that the operational standards and overall upkeep of government hospitals have visibly deteriorated over the past weeks. He stressed that the general public is bearing the brunt of poor administration and lack of focus on basic healthcare services.
Financial transparency was another major point of contention raised during the press meet. The leader demanded immediate accountability regarding the massive state borrowing that reportedly touches three lakh crore rupees. He questioned where the funds were being utilized, as visible public development remains completely absent at the grassroots level.
Turning his focus to the capital region development, Satyanarayana alleged heavy irregularities in the ongoing works at Amaravati. He claimed that selected contractors are receiving payments at inflated rates while the local farming community continues to suffer without proper support. He noted that there is absolutely no clarity on the financial models or the external business entities involved in these deals.
The leader also expressed strong disapproval over how national dignitaries are treated by the state leadership. He criticized Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu for failing to personally receive President Droupadi Murmu during her recent visit. He stated that skipping the official reception despite being present inside the state boundaries reflects a clear lack of respect toward the highest constitutional office.
Addressing the ongoing political row regarding land allocations for party offices, Satyanarayana firmly defended his organization. He stated that the land was not granted under any special bias or exclusive favor. He explained that historical records show similar land allotments have been routinely extended to various other political parties in the past.
He concluded by stating that the aggressive statements from ruling leaders reveal their internal political anxiety. He noted that the public is closely observing the governance failures across all sectors. The leader affirmed that the opposition will continue to question the administration and stand firmly by the citizens to demand accountability on every unfulfilled poll assurance.
