The complainant stated that he refused to clear the clip as an artificial intelligence creation due to a complete lack of technical evidence.
The Gurugram Police have formally registered the first information report against multiple named suspects under several sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and the Information Technology Act. Investigators are now tracking down financial transactions and digital communications to identify everyone involved in the alleged cover-up attempt.
