CM Chandrababu Naidu wrapped up high-level Collectors’ Conference in Amaravati
Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu successfully concluded the eighth high-level collectors conference in Amaravati, marking a major turning point for the administrative framework of Andhra Pradesh.
The two-day administrative meeting brought together district collectors, superintendents of police, and top-tier state secretaries to completely overhaul the existing government machinery.
During the extensive deliberations, the Chief Minister firmly told officials that continuous discussions and endless meetings are no longer enough to measure progress.
He stressed that real administrative success must be judged strictly by tangible outcomes on the ground rather than paperwork and bureaucratic reviews.
A primary focus of the conference was accelerating industrial growth, with instructions given to district heads to fast-track land allotments for approved investment proposals.
Authorities were directed to build a centralized land bank portal to map out available government land properties smoothly, ensuring faster execution for industrial deployment.
The government also rolled out plans to tackle regional development disparities, highlighting fresh momentum for northern districts through infrastructure upgrades like the Bhogapuram airport.
In addition to industrial expansion, the administration placed immense emphasis on agricultural resilience, particularly addressing rainfall deficits and water scarcity concerns caused by weather patterns.
District administrators received strict instructions to prioritize drinking water security, manage livestock fodder availability, and prepare contingency plans for farmers across vulnerable regions.
Welfare distribution also received a major structural update, with instructions to compile a transparent welfare calendar detailing exact implementation dates for public schemes.
On the law and order front, the state leadership called for absolute firmness, ordering zero tolerance toward crime, illegal drug networks, and offenses targeting women.
Officials were urged to embrace modern technology, artificial intelligence tools, and data-driven systems to eliminate administrative delays and enhance public service delivery.
Concluding the sessions, the Chief Minister reminded every public servant to take complete ownership of their duties to fulfill the long-term vision of a prosperous state.
