Nara Lokesh’s “NaMo” Formula at Express Adda

Andhra Pradesh IT and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh shared crucial insights into state governance and political partnerships at the Express Adda event in New Delhi. Speaking at the interactive gathering, he explained the unique political dynamic driving his state forward under the current ruling coalition.

When asked about the relationship within the National Democratic Alliance, the young leader provided a fresh definition for a popular term. He stated that in Andhra Pradesh, the word Namo stands directly for the powerful combination of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

He described the current state administration as a double-engine bullet train that benefits greatly from this alignment. According to the minister, this partnership ensures that the voice of the state is always heard clearly during major policy decisions at the central level.

Addressing the role of regional parties, he emphasized that the Telugu Desam Party has maintained its strength over four decades by remaining deeply connected to its core ideology and ground workers. He noted that political groups facing challenges often lose their foundational values after winning multiple elections.

The discussion also moved toward policy reforms, where the minister highlighted initiatives taken in the education sector. Drawing from personal experiences during his extensive foot march, he explained how real-time data collection is being utilized to simplify public service delivery for common citizens across the state.
