Megastar Chiranjeevi Starts Mega 158 Shoot
The highly anticipated Telugu film tentatively titled Mega 158 has officially gone on floors in Hyderabad. The massive project marks the exciting reunion of Megastar Chiranjeevi and blockbuster director Bobby Kolli after their previous industry hit.
The film had a grand launch ceremony at Annapurna Studios, which turned into a massive celebration for fans. Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan attended as the chief guest and sounded the first clapboard for his elder brother’s landmark film.
Mega Brother Nagababu also joined the special pooja ceremony, making the launch a memorable family event. The core unit members, including prominent film industry personalities, producers, and directors, were present to wish the team success.
Produced by Venkat K Narayana under the prestigious KVN Productions banner, the high-octane action entertainer serves as the company’s grand debut in the Telugu film industry. The team began filming the regular talkie portions immediately after the launch.
Young actress Anaswara Rajan has been locked for a pivotal role, which sources suggest will drive the emotional core of the film. Renowned music director S Thaman is scoring the music, while Vijay Kartik Kannan is handling the cinematography.
