Anantapur Hosts Grand ‘Super Six’ Celebration

Anantapur, Andhra Pradesh — A wave of celebration swept across Anantapur today as the NDA coalition government staged a massive public gathering to mark the success of its flagship welfare initiatives, dubbed the ‘Super Six’. The event drew thousands of citizens, party workers, and leaders from across the state, transforming the city into a vibrant hub of political unity and public gratitude.

Held at a sprawling venue with elaborate arrangements, the meet showcased the coalition’s commitment to inclusive development. Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, Minister Nara Lokesh, and BJP leader PVN Madhav were among the key figures addressing the crowd.

The ‘Super Six’ schemes have touched millions of lives across Andhra Pradesh. The government highlighted its ₹45,000 crore investment in pensions, ensuring financial dignity for senior citizens and vulnerable groups. Under Deepam 2.0, free gas cylinders have reached lakhs of households, easing the burden of daily cooking expenses.

Students cheered as the Talliki Vandanam initiative was spotlighted, with ₹13,000 crore credited directly to their accounts to support education and reduce dropout rates. Weavers, a backbone of Andhra’s cultural economy, received ₹25,000 each under Netannaku Bharosa, a scheme aimed at reviving traditional livelihoods.

Women’s empowerment took center stage with the announcement of free RTC travel across the state, a move that has already boosted mobility and access to opportunities. Additionally, increased reservations for Backward Classes were reaffirmed, reinforcing the coalition’s focus on social justice.

The crowd, estimated at over 3 lakh, arrived in thousands of buses arranged from every district. Security was tight, with over 6,000 police personnel deployed and drone surveillance ensuring smooth proceedings. Lodges and hotels in Anantapur reported full occupancy, reflecting the scale of the event.

Leaders from TDP, Jana Sena, and BJP shared the stage, symbolizing a united front. The speeches emphasized transparency, accountability, and the importance of continuing these welfare measures in the years ahead.
