High Tension in AP,Former Ministers Targeted

Andhra Pradesh is currently witnessing a massive surge in political unrest. In two back-to-back incidents, senior YSRCP leaders have been targeted, sparking a state-wide debate over law and order.
The situation escalated when former Minister Ambati Rambabu was arrested and remanded to 14 days of judicial custody. He has been shifted to Rajamahendravaram Central Jail following his arrest in Guntur.
Shortly after this, the residence of another former Minister, Jogi Ramesh, was attacked in Ibrahimpatnam. Reports indicate that a mob vandalized his home and set furniture on fire while he was away.
YSRCP Chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy has strongly condemned these actions. He described the attacks as a direct assault on democracy and alleged that the ruling coalition is encouraging anarchy.
Meanwhile, the ruling TDP maintains that these incidents are spontaneous public reactions. They claim the anger stems from provocative and abusive language used against the Chief Minister.
Police have now increased security at the residences of several opposition leaders to prevent further clashes. The state remains on high alert as both parties trade heavy accusations.
Supporters from both sides have been gathering at various junctions, leading to minor skirmishes. Authorities are working to restore normalcy while political heat continues to rise across the state.
With the Assembly budget sessions approaching, this political standoff is expected to intensify. The public is closely watching how the government handles the growing friction between the two major parties.
